How to Make Kratom Tea

Kratom is a natural herbal drug that is naturally found in several South Asian countries, most predominately Indonesia. One of the most common ways to use the powdered form of kratom is to make a tea out of it. Below is everything you need to know about brewing your own kratom tea at home.

Ingredients and Materials

As the name of the tea implies, the main thing you need for this recipe is some powdered kratom. If you don’t already have some, you can buy it online for a fairly good price at KratoMystic. For the most part, you don’t need other food-ingredients. However, you will need several materials to help you make the tea, which are listed below.

  • 5 grams kratom powder
  • 5.5 cups of water
  • 2 packets of any flavor green or black tea
  • An empty 64-ounce bottle
  • Funnel
  • Saucepan
  • Cheesecloth

Directions

First, pour 4.5 cups of the water into a saucepan. Put the pan on the stove on medium heat. Slowly stir in all of the kratom powder until it is fully dissolved. You’ll know it’s dissolved when you see no lumps and the water is a murky green color. Once this happens, let it simmer for about twenty minutes.

Meanwhile, heat up one cup of water to make the two tea packets. This is not necessary, but it helps to make the tea taste better. Since this is just for flavor, you can use any type of tea you like. Once the tea is done, pour it into your big bottle.

Next up, put the funnel in your large bottle. Also, put the cheesecloth in the funnel. This will help to make sure that no large clumps of kratom get into your drink. While it will not harm you if this does happen, it won’t taste very good either. Pour the kratom liquid through the funnel. Do this slowly, as the liquid will need time to filter through the cheesecloth.

When you’re all done, drink it like any other tea. Enjoy!
